Refund Policy

1. If your report can't be generated

If we are unable to generate your report after your payment succeeds (for example, the address can no longer be resolved, or generation fails after repeated attempts), we will automatically refund your payment in full. You will be emailed to let you know. No charge will stand for an undelivered report.

2. After your report is delivered

Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is provided as digital content that you have already received. A delivered report is therefore not refundable, except where required by law. Because the report is delivered as soon as it is generated, there is no period in which you can cancel after receiving it.

3. How refunds are issued

Automatic refunds (Section 1) are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few days to appear.

4. Anything not covered above

For anything not covered by the automatic path — for example a mistaken duplicate purchase or a technical fault on our side that left you without a usable report — please contact us and we'll review it promptly and in good faith.
