1. What you're buying

Site Intelligence sells location reports for specific Singapore addresses. A Site Snapshot is a one-address location report with no business category assessed; a Feasibility Report scores and ranks the business formats within one category you choose (for example café, food & beverage, healthcare, education, gym or supermarket), and can highlight a specific format you already have in mind or compare all of the category's formats; a Healthcare Opportunity Scan compares the location fit of eight healthcare and healthcare-adjacent uses at one address. Each report is delivered as a hosted web report and a downloadable PDF. The Healthcare Opportunity Scan's regulatory and premises-use content is screening information, not a determination that a use is lawful or licensable for a specific unit.

2. What a report is

A report is an automated, data-driven site-screening output built from public and licensed data and an explainable scoring engine. It is designed for early-stage screening and shortlisting. It is not a site visit, a lease or financial review, a market survey, or professional advice, and must not be relied on as any of those.

3. Decision insights

Decision insights shown in reports are generated automatically from the report's measured signals and model rules. They are not individually reviewed by a human consultant.

4. Payment

Reports are sold by Site Intelligence. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page, and Stripe sends the receipt. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are in Singapore dollars and are charged exactly as displayed on the checkout page — no tax or other amount is added at checkout. Charges will appear on your card statement as Smart Growth Technologies — the operating entity behind Site Intelligence. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

To deliver a report we collect the address, an email address for delivery, and the payment metadata Stripe provides. We use this only to generate and deliver your report and to respond to you. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may use a report you have paid for for your own business evaluation. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish reports or the underlying data in a way that competes with Site Intelligence, and you may not scrape or bulk-harvest this site.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

Reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Intelligence is not liable for any decision you make based on a report, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use.
